1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the habajer website, mobile-optimised platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager on habajer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

habajer operates as an online entertainment platform offering casino games and sports betting services to eligible players located in Bangladesh. All services are provided subject to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, including game-specific rules and promotion terms.

In these Terms, "habajer", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the habajer platform and its operating entity. "You", "your", and "player" refer to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform. "Account" means the personal account you register on habajer. "Services" means the full range of gaming, betting, and related services available on the Platform.

These Terms are written in English. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use habajer, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or as a business entity.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an account on habajer that was closed, suspended, or terminated due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are using the Platform voluntarily for entertainment purposes.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of habajer, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

habajer reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of habajer services, you must register a single personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred contact number.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on habajer. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. habajer reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any winnings or bonuses obtained through such accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your habajer account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. habajer strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (OTP verification) on your account for additional security. habajer will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

habajer operates a mandatory KYC process. Before any withdrawal is processed, you will be required to submit identity verification documents, which may include a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence, as well as proof of payment method ownership. habajer may also require proof of address. Documents must be clear, legible, and unexpired. KYC verification is a one-time process for most players unless circumstances change or re-verification is required by habajer's compliance procedures.

3.4 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. If any of your registered information changes (for example, your address or contact number), you must update your account promptly. habajer reserves the right to close accounts where materially inaccurate information has been provided.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

habajer supports a wide range of Bangladeshi and international payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 across all supported mobile financial service (MFS) channels.

4.1 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. habajer does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your habajer balance within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer timings may vary depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.

habajer does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which habajer accepts no responsibility. habajer reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse a deposit where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on your habajer account, or to a verified bank account in your own name. This policy is in place to protect players and to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Before a withdrawal is approved, KYC verification must be complete. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable timeframe. habajer aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the volume of requests being handled at any given time.

habajer reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per day, which will be communicated in the Platform's banking section. Any withdrawal found to be connected with fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms will be voided, and the corresponding funds will be forfeited.

4.3 Currency

habajer's primary operating currency for Bangladeshi players is the Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are displayed and processed in BDT unless otherwise stated in a specific game or market context.

5. Bonus & Promotions Terms

habajer regularly offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is published. The general principles below apply to all habajer promotions unless otherwise specified.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified account on habajer may be eligible for a welcome deposit bonus. Eligibility, bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirements, minimum odds, and any game restrictions will be stated in the specific welcome offer terms. A welcome bonus can only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device or IP address.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses credited to your habajer account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are non-withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

habajer prohibits bonus abuse in all forms. This includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk or hedged betting strategies specifically to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play; coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms; and any other behaviour that habajer reasonably determines is designed to abuse promotional offers rather than engage in genuine entertainment. habajer reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse is detected.

5.4 Promotional Calendar

habajer offers seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladeshi calendar, including offers during Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and major international cricket tournaments. These promotions will be published on the Platform with their own terms and are available only for the stated promotional period. habajer is not obligated to offer any specific promotion and may modify or withdraw promotional offers at its discretion.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using habajer, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the habajer platform:

• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or other tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or game engines to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the Platform in connection with any fraudulent, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing habajer staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the habajer Platform or its content.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising technology in order to circumvent geographic, account, or security restrictions.

habajer monitors Platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, habajer reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the relevant account, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold any balance pending investigation. Where criminal conduct is involved, habajer may report the matter to the relevant authorities.

7. Account Closure & Termination

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your habajer account at any time by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed and remaining balance returned to your verified payment method. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened, subject to habajer's discretion and a re-verification process.

7.2 Closure by habajer

habajer reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct is detected or suspected.
• The account is linked to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player is accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Continuing to operate the account would expose habajer to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, habajer reserves the right to void all associated bonuses, free bets, and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Any legitimate balance remaining after such deductions will be returned to the player's verified payment method unless prohibited by law.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request self-exclusion through habajer's responsible gaming tools or by contacting support.
